[cvsnt] ACLs for groups?

Following a short discussion on the CVSGUI list I played around a
little more with CVSNT's ACLs. Is it intentional that they don't seem
to apply to groups but only to individual users? Or would one have to
use a special syntax when applying ACLs for groups?
