[cvsnt] Non-watched/Read-only Sandbox Files

Right, (the former shows no edits), I'll try the server trace. BTW, there
isn't any odd behavior around adding/commiting read-only files are there
(not sure CVSNT would even allow this - I see that repository files are
already necessarily stored as read-only files)?
