If I have three repositories (Repository0, Repository1, Repository2),
do I need to add multiple compatability lines?
Compat0_OldCheckout=1
Compat1_OldCheckout=1
Compat2_OldCheckout=1

or does Compat0_  account for all repositories

I tried all three and it hung the lock server. so I assume that not correct.
