[cvsnt] How to set/remove user access to projects.

Hi Folks , 
i have a little problem using the cvsnt server.
 
at the moment i got one big repository with something about 20 different
projects and the cvs user authentification.
How can i manage, that not everybody who has an cvsuser can checkout
every project in the repository.
 
I startet my search at the cvsroot/passwd , but i could not find a
possibility to allow or disallow projects for selected users.
 
Next Problem i think i will get, at this moment when i switch to domain
user authentification.
So if you can help me with problem one , please also gimme a hint how i
can handel the problem , if i change the 
auth. method.
