[cvsnt] Removal of the needed COMMIT-parameter -r

As far as I have seen the parameter -r in the commit-command won´t work anymore because it was removed

This parameter is very useful, because you are able to commit a file directly into a branch without a need to update the file before. It is a standard-functionality in WinCVS, so it would be helpful to reintegrate it again.
