[cvsnt] Bug: Unable to open control panel

I have a problem with the control panel on two different machines now. Installed cvsnt 2.5.02.2064 and 2.5.02.2088. For both of them the control panel works fine the first time I open it. But after setting options and closing it, I am unable to open it again.

The two machines are both running Windows XP Pro SP2. Other than that they have very little in common.
