[cvsnt] How to setup a gserver ?

Hi,all
I see the Wiki,manual,books all about cvsnt  refered how to use GSSAPI for 
connecting. But, on my system (Debian Linux 3.1),there is even do not have 
such a service named gserver.
So, could anyone just tell me how to get a "gserver" ,or any book or website 
that has a practices guide about this.
