[cvsnt] CVSNT on XP home

for now I am not using a CVS client to connect, because it never even 
connected.
I just use "telnet 127.0.0.1 2401" to try to establish a network connection.

telnet starts and seems to connect (at least it is waiting for input, 
but no prompt or greeting), but as soon as I hit any key, telnet drops 
me to the DOS prompt...

Firewall is disabled and AntiVirus is disabled as well.
