[cvsnt] Converting from CVS to CVSNT

I currently have CVS 1.11.17 on AIX. I'm considering moving to CVSNT.

I've briefly browsed march-hare and Google, but I can't seem to find much.
The only issue I found is that binaries are handled differently in CVSNT so
they may not be backward compatible.

I'd like to know what's involved in moving to CVSNT and if there are any
other risks.
