[cvsnt] Control Panel Quits on XP Home - Please Help

I've just run a fresh typical install of CVSNT on my XP home system (plenty
of horsepower/ram). After installing and restarting I can't launch the cvsnt
control panel. I get a hourglass for a second and then it just quits trying
to open. I've previously installed Tortiose client to connect to an external
cvs server at work, would this cause any conflicts?

Any help would most appreciated.
