[cvsnt] sspi & watch

Thank you for prompt response. I'd like to confirm that using cvs from
command line reproduces the issue, so it's not caused by our GUI
frontends.
Could you please advise, where can I find 2.5.04.2428 Windows-build for
download? I tryed but find only stable versions (2.5.03).

It seems to work correctly back here with 2.5.04.2428 when using the
command line.

Perhaps your GUIs (TortoiseCVS/WinCvs) are doing things to the file
permissions... probably best to ask about that on the appropriate lists.
