Cvsnt has a built-in access control mechanism. As long as a user accesses
the repository through cvsnt, they restrict what the user sees and can do
The manual <http://www.cvsnt.org/manual/html/index.html> is a good starting
point :) -- especially the section about security
It has a chapter about setting permissions
<http://www.cvsnt.org/manual/html/Setting-permissions.html>. Cvsnt provides
mainly two commands to help you with that: chacl
<http://www.cvsnt.org/manual/html/chacl.html> and lsacl
