[cvsnt] Renaming a branch

Good call! BTW I've just noticed http://www.cvsnt.org/wiki/CvsCommand
doesn't mention the '-A' options...
And we should probably discourage the use of 'tag' and '[files]' and
instead run 'rtag' for the whole module, right?
