[cvsnt] pserver authorization problems

No it's the opposite.. it's really designed for sspi where the domain 
name is always tacked on the name - the default domain is stripped from 
the front of the username if it appears.

If DefaultDomain is blank or not set on a new connection, it'll either 
use the local machine or primary domain, depending on whether the 
machine is standalone or not.
