[cvsnt] Email Notification for cvs Commits

I use a package called CVSSpam.

I have never used the package that is built into CVSNT.

We use CVSNT(sspi) and I would like to send out notifications to a few users about commits. I would like to use the LOGINFO file to achieve this. Can somebody send me a sample log info file that does this?
