[cvsnt] Dead cvs.exe processes

At least exclude all the cvs directories (inc. temp directories) from 
scanning.

Scanning makes the server run at about 30% of its normal speed.

If they won't let you do that tell your management that you're going to 
need a box 3* faster... :P
