[cvsnt] File-type Restrictions.

Is it possible to set a list of files permitted by CVSNT ?
I know I can use the ignore system to control Import, but AFAIK that doesn't affect subsequent Adds.
And I know I can use the wrappers file to set the initial values of keyword expansion etc.
But I'm not sure if either of these mechanisms can actually be used only to allow files of a listed type to be added.
