Then retry the command that failed and tell me what happened.
If you are successful, then disconnect the shared drive and try again.
I had to do this before when my client machine was an NT4 Workstation
connecting to the server through a VPN tunnel through Internet. But
when I upgraded to XP-Pro this problem went away. No need for a
mapping anymore...
