[cvsnt] CVSNT Control Panel not working

This is the CVSNT mailing list, not a security one, right?
I will subscribe to a security list, when I will have security 
problems. 

Until that time, let's stick the topic, and talk about, 
why the CVSNT Control Panel is not working,
and how can it fixed...
