[Cvsnt] Newbie, "No such repository" error on create repository

If you're using WinCVS to create your repositories, try the cvsgui list 
instead for help.

Use the control panel on Windows servers to create the repository.

The ntserver protocol is deprecated -- use SSPI as a replacement.
