[cvsnt] Converting from -kb to -kB (and defaulting to -kB in the future)

There may be a way to specify this through a .cvswrapper file for specific
file types. I don't know how this would interact with Tortoise, though...
maybe Tortoise would override the .cvswrapper setting?
