[cvsnt] upgrade from cvs to cvsnt

Did you uncommented the LockDir and enabled the LockServer to "localhost"?
Or what do you mean with your last sentence?

three months ago we have migrated from cvs (1.12) to cvsnt ( upgrading constantly as new
version appears) and there were no need to convert repository. There were only need to 
change lock handling, that should be one file in CVSROOT. So soon, we did not encounter any
problems. ( www.drq.pl )
