[cvsnt] CVSNT Protocols not shown

Hi
   Am trying to configure a CVSNT 2.5.03.2382 on HPUX 11i with a WinCVS
client.  i've noticed one strange thing: the cvsnt info command on the
server will only show the local (internal) protocol, the ssh protocol is not
shown, and therefore am not able to connect from any client.

 I'v uncommented the file Plugins.example and copy it to /etc/cvsnt/Plugins,
but no changes happened!

Help!!
