[cvsnt] warning message during checkout

Hello to all,
I'm trying to migrate CVSNT (2.5.03.2382) from a Win2k SP4 to WinXp SP2
server: when I try to checkout my modules from the new location to a
working folder on my computer (WinCVS 2.0.2.4 on WinXp SP2), I have the
following message on some directories:
 
cvs server: cannot remove directory xxxxxx "Directory not empty"
 
Such directories are currently in use (not deleted) and not empty.
If I disable "Prune empty directories" flag from WinCVS, that message
disappears. No problems with Win2k server.
