[cvsnt] vs [login aborted]: authorization failed: server localhost rejected access to

Hello everybody
i am new user of cvsnt and wincvs ;for starting;i install cvsnt and wincvs 
in the same machine,and i tryed to login in localhost but when i want to 
login i have this error

cvs [login aborted]: authorization failed: server localhost rejected access 
to /essai_cvs for user nada

this error is classical error i find it this probleme but i don't find the 
solution
the login and passwd are correct
what can i do?!
please help me and thanks a lot
