[cvsnt] Getting error when entering a new IP of CVS server through CVS Root Macro

Can you show us your old CVSROOT, your new CVSROOT, and the content of the
file Root inside the CVS directory of the sandbox directory from where you
ran the test?
Other things you can try:
- Can you ping your new server?
- Can you run a command like "cvs -d <your new CVSROOT> ls"? It should list
all the top level modules.
