[cvsnt] CVSNT not running on Vista?

Hi,

I've tried installing CVSNT 2.5.03.2382 on Windows Vista Business. The 
installation ran smooth, but after restart I cannot find the 'CVSNT Server' 
applet in the Control Panel. Even starting 'CVSNT Control Panel' explicitly 
from the CVSNT group, nothing happens. Is this a known bug?
