[cvsnt] permissions error?

Not sure were to look.  I have no problems doing the
same task using my id.  Is this a client or a server
issue?

On the cvs server module "ExamAnnouncementDocs" got
created in the repository (/home/cvs), but no files in
the module.

Any idea?
