[cvsnt] Location of CVSNT release notes?

Hi folks,

  I've been off the list for some time and am trying to find the
location of the CVSNT Release notes (what features implemented in what
release, stable/unstable, date of release, etc.).  I've checked
march-hare but could not find the information.  I hope someone can point
me in the right direction.
