[cvsnt] automate ssh password

I'm using CVSNT (CVSNT) 2.5.03 (Scorpio) Build 2382 (both client and
server). I'm running the client on windows and the server is linux. I'm
trying to automate a continuous build system. We're connecting using the
:ssh: protocol. Is there a way I can store the password locally on the
client and have it be picked up automatically when the cvs command is
executed (without putting it in the cvsroot)? This runs unattended (no
one is logged onto the cvs client), although it is running as a known user.
I don't have putty installed other than the pieces which come with CVSNT. I
would like the client machine to not require manual intervention if it is
rebooted (I don't want to have to start the password agent and initialize
the password for example).

Is there a ".password" file I can use, or will public/private keys solve
this? Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Mark
