FYI, I get the same 'unauthorized' message:

    Bugzilla version 2.17.3     Home  > Support 
    Access Denied
          
    You are not authorized to access bug #4732. To see this bug, you must first log in to an account with the     appropriate permissions.

    Please press Back and try again.
