[cvsnt] cvs commit errors

[Watson, MaryAnn]

cannot commit with cvs for some reason.  See error below.
CVS is referencing "Web" and I do not know what it is talking about.
Can anyone help me with this?
 
'Web' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.
cvs server: Pre-commit check failed
cvs [server aborted]: correct above errors first!
