[cvsnt] Unable to add module in repository, if module name has space character.

Read the error message again - it's complaining that the "tag" has a space (non-visible graphic characters).

I just did this, works fine:

$ cvs -d :pserver:srvccd0337:/ccd import -C -I* -n -m "add project" "win app1"
I win app1/aaa.c

No conflicts created by this import
