[cvsnt] reorganizing the repository

Yes. Just make sure that everybody has everything checked in and ideally
the sandboxes released, so that they afterwards start with a fresh
checkout. (And that you have a backup of the repo, of course... :)

Don't forget to update any trigger scripts that have module selectors.
