[cvsnt] 2.5.04 stable / feedback on Vista and W2008?

There are still two blockers, maybe three if we can reproduce the issue
Chuck described last week.  I've been working on them flat out for two
weeks.  There will need to be a new RC which I hope to get out in the
next day or two.  

Then if no more serious issues come up I can start the process of
building on different platforms.
