[cvsnt] CVSNT and GSS

CVSNT 2.5.04 has in built support for repository caches to provide near
up to the second failover.  CVSNT 2.5.03 works great with Unison or
rsync for general fault tolerance with the lock server.  Details about
how to set up 2.5.04 caching are in the release notes I posted.
