[cvsnt] cannot create <...> for copying: No space left on device

I also get the exact same error on my win32 client with 23GB free, and
no file permissions to speak of.  I don't think it's actually a
problem with free space.

I thought today's incarnation was a little more interesting from a
debug standpoint:

[steve at fyre /usr/home/steve/projects/bin/ORCAD]$ cvsnt -z9 update -d
cvsnt [server aborted]: cannot create_adm_p
/tmp/cvs-serv10086/EXPRESS/MACROS: No space left on device
