[cvsnt] Error when commiting files in CVSNT

We have added no triggers of our own.

The dll's in the triggers directory of CVSNT install (audit, checkout, 
email, info, script) would be the only ones that should run. I am assuming 
these correspond to extensions accessible via the control panel.
"repository auditing extension" (audit.dll?) is not enabled
"automatic checkout extension" (checkout.dll?) is not enabled
"email notification extension" (email.dll?) is not enabled
"generic commit suport file handler"  (info.dll?) IS enabled
"activescript scripting extension" (script.dll?) is not enabled
