[cvsnt] CVS RTAG not working

We'll need the actual output of the command.  Just send the first 10 or
20 lines.

You can also create a trace and look through for any errors (don't send
the trace - read it and sent any pieces that you want an explanation
for).

cvs -ttt -d:pserver:mrich at vienna:\mimosa rtag -b -r RUBY_3_1_0_11061
CITRINE root > log.txt 2> trace.txt
