[cvsnt] CVSNT slow response with multiple users

As far as I remember there is command Monitor - Clients to display
active socket connection to the lockserver. If there are some dangling
locks - they are released when the socket connection is closed.
You can try restarting lockservice to clear all locks and after that
start testing updates and look on the number of clients/locks.
Another way to monitor lockservice is to stop the cvs lock windows
service and start the .exe manually with -test option - it will
display all operations on the console.
