[cvsnt] Status of branch creation speed enhancement (bug 4855)

I'm trying to find the status of an enhancement to the speed of branch creation tracked as bug#4855.

I've looked at the trouble ticket database but I'm unclear about the status.

The main table suggests it appears in 2.5.0.4 as the column 'Fixed in' contains 'NEWAGB4, 2.5.04', however when I look at the detail of the bug the 'Fixed in' field is empty.


Can anyone confirm if it is included in 2.5.0.4 (RC7)?
