[cvsnt] Any way to list branch names from a module?

To simplify something like this I start all tag names with 't' and all
branch names with 'b'. 

FWIW, IMO it was an unlucky decision to use pretty much the same commands
for managing tags and branches, because they have completely different
semantics.
