[cvsnt] CVS Audit - MySQL error

Hi,
I am trying to configure mysql in CVS Audit plug-in, i am getting the below error.

Connection failed:
Open failed : Client does not support authentication protocol request by server; consider upgrading mysql clinet

Please help to me to solve this
