[cvsnt] CVS Control Panel X Windows Vista

Hi All,

I have installed CVSNT 2.5.03 on my windows vista OS. But I still
didn't get to use the control panel.
It seems the simcpl.cpl file does not open the control panel only on Vista.
It works fine on windows server 2003 and XP.

Does anyone had been through this before?
