[cvsnt] To add a file in the Head from a particular branch

Hi team,

Usage.

A new file was added into a particular branch of a project.

Now I decide to add also this file into the Head of the project.

When I do that, I get the message above :

cvs add: hrxtrtopb.bat added independently by second party

***** CVS exited normally with code 1 *****

And I can't add this file.



What is th correct procedure to do that ?



Any information will be appreciate.
