[cvsnt] Windows scheduler -- update the local CVS regularly

Hi,

I have a strange requirement, just trying to see whether it will work
out,

My local desktop has the working copy or the SANDBOX.

Is it possible to do the CVS update on this Sandbox,
I am trying to see whether I can set the Windows Task Scheduler to do
it,
