[cvsnt] cvs [rtag aborted]: no such tag

The -r qualifier of rtag (or tag) means you want to do a new tag based
on an existing tag.

Hence in this case you're saying you want to do something with existing
tag "Example".

Which doesn't exist (yet - perhaps it's what you want to create), hence
the message.
