[cvsnt] Permissions issue

Hello,

When I add a directory to a module via WinCvs client, the directory does
not inherit the permissions of the parent directory. The new directory
has no permission settings.

Do I need to manually add permissions to the directory in the module? 

I created the directory on the local sandbox and from WinCvs, I selected
Modify -> Add. I then added a binary file with Modify -> Add Binary.

Set Up:
CVSNT 2.5.03 Build 3145
WinCvs 2.5.3.2992
