[cvsnt] Vanilla install on SLES

When I do:

     cvsnt -ttt login

I notice that the wrap_add lines, e.g., 

     12:31:05:   -> wrap_add(*.ncb -kb, 0, 0, 0, 0)

list the default wrappers, not what's in my cvswrappers file.  Is this a hint?
