[cvsnt] Isuses with CVSNT 2.5.0.4

Hello Arthur,

Thnaks a lot for the response. Right now this is the situation

1. I used the .msi only. I did not use the zip file. I figured out that, if
i use cvscontrol.exe -i and then run _cvsnt.cpl , control panel works. So I
did that and now the control panel is working. So I am up and Running as far
as this is concerned.

2. I followed the steps suggested by you for Upgrade. However I am got the
error " failed to open the script" and nothing happens after that.

I checked that the CVSNT install folder has a sql folder has
upgrade_2_sqlite.sql in it. I am not sure where the control panel looks for
the file.If you have any idea please let me know,
